The staff was cute! the room included a large bed. a good fridge with ice trays. i chose the half-board option. The food had a large selection. cooking stations at breakfast provided personalized meals. the beach featured natural shade under the trees. massage prices were reasonable.
the hotel is remote! there aren't any bars or restaurants within a short walk. the hotel charges to take you to busier areas.

The soft bed was super comfy. I received an upgrade to a family room and loved the extra space and larger balcony. The room had a large fridge too. The staff were very accommodating, too.
The food was too expensive compared to restaurants outside. the quality was worse. The cocktails barely had any alcohol in them. The rooms were noisy. If you didn't live at the very top, you heard the noise from all sides.

The breakfast buffet provided ample choice. I especially liked the Thai options and fresh fruit. The pools are well maintained, providing separate areas for adults and families (the adults only pool was very calm). The staff members were always helpful and attentive to any requests. The room had a superb design and a convenient workspace with many plugs.
The gym was a bit small. It could use some additional equipment to accommodate more guests.

the hotel provides direct beach access it is a great feature for beach lovers. rooms include a terrace with direct access to one of the pools it allowed for relaxation and easy swimming. the king size bed was spacious and comfortable. the couch could be unfolded to accommodate two children for sleeping.
